Cancellation policy

 Deposits are non-refundable 

For events were we take the full event costs we will charge a cancellation fee of:

     100% if the booking is cancelled 5 days or less before the event

     50% if the booking is cancelled 10 days or less before the event

     20% if the booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event

     10% if  the booking is cancelled 20 days or less before the event

       5% if the booking is cancelled 21 days or less before the event

Insurance

We will always do our best to ensure that your trip goes well and that you have a safe and enjoyable experience, however, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we carry public liability insurance cover as a licensed Tourist Intermediary/Intermediación Turística.
